The Mill Creek Development is a 360-unit condominium project consisting of 16 three-story buildings, 2 two-story buildings, a pool, spa and club room. The 20.3-acre site is located at 8703 Bell Road. The project includes a creekside trail, pedestrian bridge and a through-street extension of Bell Road.
