Art Under the Oaks is a new public art installation near the Town Green in Windsor. The community-submitted photographs exemplify what makes Windsor a great place to live, work and play -- wonderful people who care for each other, gorgeous nature and parklands, and fantastic food and events.
Featuring 29 images submitted by 16 community members, the Downtown Photo Gallery will be temporarily displayed along Old Redwood Highway, north of the Bell Village Shopping Center (Oliver's), from May-November 2023.
Upon the completion of the SMART Train Station, a permanent gallery will be installed on the station fence, located on Emily Rose Circle, visible by both visitors on the train and residents on the surrounding streets.
The Downtown Photo Gallery is part of a Countywide ArtSurround program presented in partnership with artist Ann Weber.
