The Pacific Mambo Orchestra is a Latin flavored orchestra full of celebration and celebrity. 2014 GRAMMY® Winner the Pacific Mambo Orchestra (a.k.a. the PMO) is a 20 piece, San Francisco based musical group leading the rebirth of the Latin Big band Sound. The PMO uses the traditions of the classic mambo-craze orchestras of the 1950s. Their musical numbers span many Latin genres -- Salsa, Mambo, Latin Jazz, Cha Cha Cha along with a fusion of sounds that incorporated more modern genres (R&B, Hip Hop). Their arrangements creating a special kind of excitement that can only be delivered by a true Latin Big Band.

Luning writes, records and performs all his own original songs. He is an Americana singer songwriter inspired by John Prine whose music forced him to drop out of Berklee School of Music to go on the road to perform his own music. He is touring now after the release of his new album, Restless. The David Luning Band is comprised of band members Dave Sampson, Ben Dubin and Linden Reed.

Sabor De Mi Cuba
Genre: Afro-Cuban Roots

Sabor De Mi Cuba’s founder, Carlitos Medrano was born and raised in Cuba. He came to the US after training with one of Cuba's most famous congueros, Jose Luis “Changuito” Quintana. While in Cuba, he played extensively with some of Havana's best known Latin Jazz and Salsa groups. In the US Carlitos started Sabor De Mi Cuba, a Cuban-style salsa group to debut his original songwriting. The group is a fusion of Afro-Cuban roots influenced by world music with an interesting use of chorus, rumba and jazz influenced dance music. Get your dancin’ shoes ready Windsor!

•   Valet bicycle parking on Town Green. Swap your bike for a free chair for the night! Chairs provided to bike riders on a first come first serve basis

•   Designated motorcycle parking on Duvander Lane (west end of Town Green)

*** NO PARKING in the Bell Village (Oliver’s) parking lot. Property Owner will tow Town Green event attendees

Seating on the Green is subject to restrictions.

•   The center grass wedges are reserved for low-to-the-ground lawn and beach chairs. The seat of the chair can be no more than 12 inches from the ground. Signage and a measuring stick will be available on Thursdays to mark the maximum seat height in the area

•   The outer grass wedges are reserved for standard size lawn and beach chairs

•   Canopies are permitted ONLY on behind the Timeline Walk. Canopies not permitted on the southwest lawn wedge

•   Blankets may be spread on grass ONLY AFTER 4:30 p.m.

•   No roping or blocking off private areas on the Green is allowed


•   Please, no skateboarding, roller blading, scooters or bike riding on the Green

•   Dogs on leash and under control of owner

•   No smoking on Windsor Town Green

•   Alcoholic beverage sales by local Windsor non-profits. Consumption restricted to Town Green

•   Unloading zone located at the Huerta Gym east parking lot

•   First aid station provided by Bell’s Ambulance Service

•   Free family lawn games


Waste Less Windsor will be at the 2022 Summer Nights on the Green Concert Series by helping concertgoers recycle! Stop by the Waste Less Windsor booth and buy a custom stainless-steel cup. Drink vendors at the concerts will give a discount on your drink! Join Windsor businesses, service organizations, and the Town of Windsor to promote better recycling and the reduction of landfill waste.
