Affordable Housing

The Town of Windsor has an active affordable housing program. Through the Town’s Redevelopment Agency, we have assisted in funding many affordable housing projects throughout Windsor.

Our goal is to expand the supply of quality, affordable housing for low, very low, and moderate income families.

Because of our limited budget, the Town often partners with non-profit affordable housing builders for maxim leverage. Burbank Housing of Sonoma County is the Town’s most active partner in the construction of affordable housing; the Town however has assisted in financing a wide variety projects.
