The Town continues to monitor the status of the Walbridge Fire closely and is in active communications with our fire officials and other County and State agencies.
Currently, there is no immediate threat to Windsor.
A reminder that it is possible that fire may be visible from Windsor and appear threatening. Although visible, the fire is not expected to reach Windsor at this time. However, we have learned from past fires that conditions can shift rapidly, and it is extremely important to be prepared. Mid-afternoon today, strong winds are expected to develop. The Town will keep close track and continue to provide updates.
